Warranty Coverage
Electra provides a one (1) year limited parts and service warranty on the Electra Induction Stove from the date of delivery.
In the event that Electra provides repairs or replacements under this warranty, the parts and service related to such repairs or replacements do not carry their own warranty, and the warranty on your stove will continue for the original one-year period, with such repairs and replacements covered from the date of their completion through the expiration of that period.
What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Specifically:
Major Components:
- Induction cooktop elements and glass surface
- Oven heating elements (bake, broil, and convection)
- Control panel and electronic controls
- Oven control board
- Temperature sensors and thermostats
- Built-in 5kWh battery system, subject to the below limitation
- Power management components
Service Included:
- Parts replacement for covered defects
- Labor costs for authorized repairs
- Diagnostic service calls for covered issues
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation, including incorrect electrical connections if installation is not provided by our certified technicians
- Service calls to instruct you how to use your stove
- Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, fire, floods, or acts of God
- Damage from operating the stove outside specified voltage ranges (110-240V)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on glass cooktop, discoloration from use)
- Damage from use of improper or incompatible cookware
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Units used in commercial or non-residential applications
- Units used for testing or evaluations
- Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers
- Adjustment, alteration or modification of any kind other than as performed by authorized service providers
- Damage from prolonged exposure to dampness, condensation, or storage below freezing temperatures
- Stoves that have been moved from their original installation site or used for rental purposes
- Normal battery capacity degradation (battery maintains 80% capacity after 6,000+ charge cycles)
- Warranty service is only available within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
Out of Warranty Product
Electra is under no obligation, at law or otherwise, to provide you with any concessions, including repairs, prorates, or Product replacement, once this warranty has expired.

Serviceability
The Electra stove is designed for long-term serviceability. All major components can be replaced by qualified technicians using standard tools.
Battery Warranty Limitations
The built-in battery uses incombustible lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells that are UL-certified. The battery is designed to:
- Maintain 80% capacity after 6,000+ charge cycles
- Provide 10+ years of normal use
- Operate safely even if cells are damaged
Therefore, the warranty on the battery system is limited is limited as follows: capacity degradation within normal operating limits (down to 80% within 6,000 charging cycles) are not covered under warranty. Battery replacement due to manufacturing defects within the one-year warranty period is covered.
Exclusions and General Limitations
Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which may attach to Electra’s limited parts and service warranty hereunder pursuant to applicable law, will last for the shortest period allowed by such applicable law.
Consequential Damages: ELECTRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Transfer of Ownership
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser for residential use. If the stove is resold or transferred, the warranty does not transfer to subsequent owners.

Important Safety Notes
- The stove must be installed by a qualified technician following all local electrical codes
- The stove is designed for residential use only
- Operating the stove outside the operating parameters specified in the reference manual may void the warranty
